Scott Merrill is a full-time Linux sysadmin, and frequent contributor
to TechCrunch. He has been using Linux for the last dozen years, and
has made numerous contributions to open source projects. Scott helped
start <a href="http://freegeekcolumbus.org">FreeGeek Columbus</a>, and
is one of the organizers for <a href="http://ohiolinux.org">Ohio
LinuxFest</a>. He also brews his own beer.
